Revenue leakage in traditional wire-line Telco may reach 5% of the total revenue. In wire-less it may reach 10% of the revenue and in new data services it may reach 20% of the revenues. The distribution of the leakage by areas where they occur and by root cause is depicted in the following figure:
Today control is achieved by using multiple point solution to cover all the risk areas. There is no end to end view of all controls across the business value chain.
