Overview
The Circuit Technologies group specializes in digital full custom circuit design, array design, and analog and mixed signal design. They are currently developing full custom macros and arrays in 90nm CMOS and 65nm/45nm CMOS SOI at 2 - 4 GHz for both internal and external IBM clients. They also work on very high frequency PLLs and other analog circuits in advanced CMOS and CMOS SOI technologies. The group is well known in IBM for its advanced design methodology and productivity enhancement initiatives.
